- Motion Data: Head tilt information (pitch, roll, yaw) collected through AirPods Pro/Max head tracking sensors
- Usage Statistics: Timer session records, focus time, posture scores
- App Settings: Timer options and notification preferences set by the user
1.2 Information We Do Not Collect
The App does NOT collect:
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
- Location data
- Photos, contacts, or other device data
- Payment information
2. How We Use Information
Collected information is used only for the following purposes:
- Providing real-time posture monitoring and feedback
- Providing Pomodoro timer functionality
- Displaying focus time and posture statistics
- Improving app features
3. Data Storage
All data is stored only on your device.
- The App does not transmit data to external servers.
- Data is securely stored on device using UserDefaults.
- Deleting the App removes all data.
4. Third-Party Sharing
The App does not share your data with third parties.
- We do not use advertising networks.
- We do not use analytics services.
- We do not share data with any external services.
5. Children's Privacy
The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child's information has been collected, please contact us at the address below.
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights:
- Data Deletion: You can delete all data at any time through the "Clear Session History" feature in Settings.
- Reset Settings: You can reset all settings to defaults through the "Reset Settings" feature.
- App Deletion: Deleting the App completely removes all data from your device.
7. Security
The App takes the following measures to protect your data:
- All data is processed only on device.
- iOS security frameworks are utilized.
- No network communication is required.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated due to legal changes or app feature updates. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notices or update notes.
